Choo-choo

The boys are old enough to go to the train show with my Dad. This year it was my dad, brother, niece, hubby, the boys and of course, me. We skipped our morning nap which was 'fun' to say the least. They got train hats and they each got to pick a thomas the train car. Grandpa also got them their first train whistles. Jaxson LOVED that! They were more into all the displays than I thought which means next year will be even more fun.

Can't wait for next year!

I can't help but smile when I see my babies smile. And yes, they will ALWAYS be my babies! They are teething like crazy trying to get their 2yr molars in but yet manage to laugh and spin and smile like no other!

The joys of having boys

Gosh, I love these boys but sometimes I worry they are going to hurt themselves. One of the tasks as a mother is to let them experiment and learn cause and effect! *sigh* One of these days I won't cringe every time they get near each other.



Leaf Extravaganza

It's officially fall in Wisconsin when the leaves start falling and it sure is a beautiful sight. This is the first year we had the boys play in the leaves, partly due to their age. They were too young last year and didn't even like sitting in the grass! The last few days I've been taking the outside when I get home from work and tried to get pictures here and there. Going to the zoo, zoo, zoo........

how about you, you, you! That's what we did this lovely, fall Sunday. And we made it home in time for a game day for Wisconsin sports! Got the 2nd game of the Brewers in the playoffs and the Packer game!

This was the first time we took the kids to the zoo since Mother's Day in 2010. Since they are really getting to know their animals and make most of the sounds they make, we thought it'd be fun! Here are some pictures from our fun day:

We had a great day with the boys and can't wait until next year when they are a little older and know more about the animals..............and know MORE animals!
